1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number (Indonesian mobile numbers preferred for SMS verification)
• Residential address
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR is standard)
• Secure password meeting our security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters)

KYC Verification

dewa69 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations, we require all users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide:

• Scanned copy or clear photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months)

dewa69 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees; these are beyond our control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000.
• Processing Time: Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 15 minutes on average during business hours (Western Indonesia Time / WIB). Unverified accounts or first-time withdrawals may take 1-24 hours pending KYC review.

Currency

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dewa69 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to specific terms stated in each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement of 10x-15x the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 5,000,000 in total bets before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots usually contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute 10%-50%. Check individual promotion terms for details.
• Maximum Bet: When playing with an active bonus, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 50,000 per bet for slots; Rp 100,000 for sports betting). Exceeding the maximum bet may void the bonus and winnings.

7. Gaming Rules

General Rules

All games on dewa69 are governed by the rules published by their respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetExt, etc.). Game rules can be accessed within each game's information panel. In the event of a dispute, the game provider's decision is final.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets (bandar bola for football, plus basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports) are subject to the following:

• Odds are provided in decimal or Asian format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• Bets on postponed or canceled events are generally voided and stakes refunded, except where the event is rescheduled within 48 hours.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting dewa69 customer support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in permanent account closure.

11. Account Termination

Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all remaining Funds (subject to completing any active wagering requirements). Once an Account is closed, you will no longer have access to your transaction history or account data.

dewa69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other users.
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be closed; remaining balances may be subject to administrative fees after 24 months).

Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewa69 operates under license. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of dewa69's Services shall be resolved through the following process:
